WINTERS GUITAR FEST, WINTERS (June 29-30, 2018) Hosted by ARC Guitar with the Sacramento Guitar Society, this second annual festival will feature close to twenty luthiers and their handcrafted acoustic instruments, including custom guitars, mandolins, ukuleles and more. NAMM SHOW, NASHVILLE (June 28-30, 2018) The INNOVA crew will host a booth at the Summer National Association of Music Merchants Show in Nashville, Tennessee to show off the WalkaBout. OAK HILLS PICNIC & RIVER BAPTISM, FOLSOM (July 18, 2018) Waiting For Sunday will perform an outdoor concert beginning at 6 PM at Negro Bar State Park in Folsom. This is in support of Oak Hills Church’s annual Picnic & River Baptism. Come out to enjoy the luau-themed potluck (complete with luau pigs!), some fun music, and baptisms in the American River. This event is free, although there is an entrance fee to enter the park.
BOEGER WINERY, PLACERVILLE (July 20, 2018) Waiting For Sunday is pleased to perform at the beautiful Boeger Winery for their Summer Sunset Sippin’ concert series. CHRISTIAN CREATIVE CONFERENCE, SANTA ROSA (September 21-23, 2018) I am slated to join my good friend Bob Kilpatrick and keynote Sue Mohr at this first annual bay area gathering of artists. INTERSECTIONS: FAITH & THE ARTS, ROCKLIN/ROSEVILLE (October 13, 2018) This Sacramento-area gathering of artists of faith will take place this time at Bridgeway Christian Church in Roseville, California. Note that we are now doing this event more than once per year, and the venue will rotate around the NorCal area. Registration is free, but please sign up on the Facebook site. OAK HILLS CHURCH As the Creative Arts Pastor, I regularly lead worship at my home church (1100 Blue Ravine Road in Folsom, phone 983-0181). While I don’t consider this “performing” in the typical sense of the word, I would love to have you join us as we meet God together. Services are Sundays at 9:00 & 11:00 AM.
